1. Accepting these Terms

By visiting or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you represent that this is the case. We may request photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Guest conduct

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, disregards our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We promote responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Limitation of liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Duneoasishome or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. Third-party links

This website may link to external sites. We are not accountable for the content or practices of those websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
